The FCA website is provided for general informational and administrative purposes. It may provide information regarding our childcare programs, enrollment, tuition, policies, events, operating hours, employment opportunities, tours, and other FCA services.

Information on the website does not replace FCA’s enrollment agreements, Parent Handbook, tuition agreements, written policies, or other documents provided directly to enrolled families.

If a website statement conflicts with an executed enrollment agreement or an applicable FCA policy provided directly to a family, the applicable agreement or policy will control to the extent permitted by law.

2. Enrollment Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting an inquiry, tour request, application, enrollment form, or other information through the FCA website does not guarantee enrollment or reserve a childcare space.

Enrollment is subject to availability, completion of FCA’s required enrollment process, submission of required documentation, payment of applicable fees, and acceptance by FCA.

3. Accuracy of Information

FCA makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current website information. However, programs, classroom availability, tuition, fees, schedules, operating hours, policies, staffing, events, and other information may change.

Website information should not be considered a guarantee that a particular childcare space, program, rate, or service will remain available.

Families should confirm important enrollment or financial information directly with FCA when necessary.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

When submitting information through the website or an FCA-connected service, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

A person submitting information concerning a child represents that they are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide the information.

5. Tuition, Fees, and Payments

Tuition, registration fees, supply fees, late fees, and other childcare charges are governed by FCA’s current enrollment agreements, Parent Handbook, payment policies, and/or other applicable written policies.

Information displayed on the public website does not modify an existing payment obligation or enrollment agreement unless FCA expressly states otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

FCA may provide access or links to third-party services, including Playground, payment processors, maps, social-media platforms, or other services.

Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, and requirements. FCA does not control the operation of independent third-party services.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, FCA’s original website content—including its text, graphics, branding, forms, photographs, educational materials, and other original materials—is owned by or used with permission by Faith Christian Academy.
